Calling all Quality Assurance professionals with a passion for the automotive industry! We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced Quality Manager to join our dynamic team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the quality of our manufacturing processes and products. This role is pivotal in ensuring we meet and exceed customer requirements and adhere to industry standards. You will be working closely with various departments, including production, engineering, and supply chain, to ensure the highest quality of our products.

Responsibilities:

As a Quality Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Developing and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with the IATF 16949 standard.
2. Leading and managing the Quality Assurance team to ensure the highest level of quality in all products.
3. Driving quality improvement initiatives across all areas of manufacturing.
4. Managing and coordinating Automotive APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) processes.
5. Conducting internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions for process improvements.
7. Managing customer complaints, analyzing their root causes, and implementing corrective actions.
8. Leading and facilitating problem-solving teams to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement.
9. Ensuring all quality-related documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with industry standards.
10. Providing training and guidance to staff on quality management and improvements.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Quality Management role within the automotive industry.
3. Strong knowledge and experience with IATF 16949, Automotive APQP, and other relevant quality standards.
4. Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
5. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with various departments.
7. Proficiency in using Quality Management Systems (QMS) and other quality tools.
8. Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) certification would be an added advantage.
9. Proven track record of successfully managing and implementing quality improvement initiatives.
10. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to achieving the highest quality standards.
