If so, we are looking for a Permanent Quality Manager for our 3rd shift. Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Quality Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of quality assurance during the 3rd shift, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Overseeing the manufacturing and quality assurance processes, ensuring all products meet required specifications and standards.
2. Implementing and maintaining quality management systems in line with regulatory requirements.
3. Conducting regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards.
4. Collaborating with other departments to implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
5. Providing training and guidance to the quality team, promoting a culture of quality across the organization.
6. Investigating and resolving quality issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and product safety.
7. Preparing quality reports for management, highlighting trends, issues, and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control or assurance, preferably in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
2. Proven experience in managing quality management systems and processes.
3. Strong knowledge of quality principles, methodologies, and tools.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve quality issues effectively.
5. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other departments.
7. A degree in Life Science or related field.
8. Certifications in quality control and assurance, such as Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), would be an advantage.
