We are seeking a dedicated Permanent Quality Specialist with CMM experience in the Manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and has a passion for quality assurance and continuous improvement. You will be working with a team of dedicated professionals in a high-tech, cutting-edge manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality are maintained, while also driving continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of metals manufacturing, CMM, calibration, inspection, ISO, and PC-DMIS.

Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Quality Specialist, your main responsibilities will include:

1. Overseeing and managing quality assurance processes, including the implementation and maintenance of ISO standards.
2. Operating and programming CMM using PC-DMIS to ensure the highest level of precision and accuracy.
3. Conducting regular inspections and calibrations to identify any potential issues and ensure optimal performance.
4. Working closely with the manufacturing team to ensure that all products meet the highest standards of quality.
5. Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall product quality.
6. Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all quality assurance activities.
7. Providing training and guidance to other team members on quality assurance best practices and procedures.

Qualifications:
To be considered for the Permanent Quality Specialist - CMM position, you should possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
2. Extensive knowledge and experience with metals manufacturing, CMM, calibration, inspection, ISO, and PC-DMIS.
3. Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and address issues proactively.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
6. A degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field is preferred.
