Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in quality engineering within the manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of quality management systems, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Statistical Process Control).
Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation using statistical software and tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
