Job Details:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Permanent Quality Engineer to join our dynamic Engineering team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest level of quality in our products and services. This role involves working closely with various teams to identify and correct potential problems, ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and methods for processing materials into finished products.
2. Conduct root cause analysis to identify and correct potential issues in the production process.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish quality requirements from initial product development to final production.
4. Use statistical methods to identify areas for process improvement and monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions.
5. Monitor and control quality standards in production and report on performance against these standards.
6. Use data analysis techniques to evaluate system performance, identify trends, and provide insights to drive continuous improvement.
7. Train and mentor staff on new procedures and protocols to ensure consistency and high-quality output.
8. Participate in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and direct feedback to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 3 years' experience in a Quality Engineer role or similar within the Engineering industry.
3. Proficiency in Quality Control, Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action, and Problem Solving.
4. Strong knowledge of Statistical Analysis, Quality Assurance, and Data Analysis.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and communicate complex data to non-technical colleagues.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
8. Familiarity with ISO 9001 and other relevant quality standards.
9. Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) certification is preferred but not mandatory.
