Job Details:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Quality Engineer to join our rapidly growing manufacturing team. In this role, you will oversee the quality of our production processes, ensuring that our products meet the high standards of our company and our clients. You will be responsible for conducting regular audits, identifying and rectifying quality issues, and maintaining necessary documentation. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure the consistent quality of our products.
2. Conduct regular audits of our production processes to identify areas of improvement.
3. Perform root cause analysis to identify and rectify quality issues promptly.
4. Utilize statistical analysis to monitor and improve our production efficiency.
5. Maintain comprehensive quality documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
6. Collaborate with the production team to implement quality control measures effectively.
7. Train and guide staff on new quality control procedures and systems.
8. Work closely with management to develop and implement a robust quality system.
9. Continuously monitor and report on quality-related issues and trends to management.
10. Participate in the development of product specifications to ensure quality standards are met.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
2. Minimum of three years of experience in a quality engineering role in the manufacturing industry.
3. Proven experience with quality control, audit, root cause analysis, statistical analysis, quality documentation, and quality systems.
4. Strong knowledge of manufacturing methods and procedures.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Proficient in using quality control software and related tools.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
10. Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
11. Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations.
12. Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) certification is a plus.
