We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Quality Engineer to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. This is a position where you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the company's quality management systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards, and your work will directly impact the satisfaction of our customers. This role requires a candidate who is a problem-solver, detail-oriented, and passionate about continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure the consistent quality of our products.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify and address quality issues.
• Drive continuous and process improvement initiatives to improve product quality and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, including GD&T and ISO 9001.
• Operate and program CMM equipment to perform inspections and measurements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions for quality-related issues.
• Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Provide training and support to the production team on quality control procedures and standards.
• Participate in internal and external audits and address any non-conformities.
• Liaise with suppliers and customers to resolve quality-related issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Quality Engineering role in the Manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and industry standards, including GD&T and ISO 9001.
• Experience with CMM programming and equipment operation.
• Proven track record of driving continuous and process improvement initiatives.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct root cause analysis.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to achieving high-quality results.
