We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining the high-quality standards of our products and services. As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for evaluating our operational processes and products, identifying areas of improvement, and implementing quality control measures. You will also be responsible for ensuring that our products meet all necessary regulatory and quality standards. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems that align with industry standards (ISO 9001, AS9100).
• Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify areas of improvement.
• Perform root cause analysis on product defects and non-conformities, and develop corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to prevent recurrence.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality of products and processes.
• Prepare and present quality reports to management, detailing performance against KPIs.
• Participate in the review and development of Quality Assurance procedures.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are integrated into all processes.
• Handle customer complaints and implement 8D problem-solving methodology to resolve issues.
• Manage Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCARs) to ensure timely resolution of supplier quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with all quality, safety, and work rules and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a Quality Engineering role within the Engineering industry.
• Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Solid experience with quality control standards and methodologies including ISO 9001, AS9100, and 8D problem-solving.
• Proven experience with root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance, Process Improvement, and Quality Auditing.
• Familiarity with SCARs and the ability to manage supplier quality issues effectively.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and quality control software.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to achieving high-quality results.
