Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or at least 4 years combined education/experience in skilled trades or relevant fields (design, sheet metal stamping, process, QA, CAD, or assembly).
• Basic working knowledge of die/process/manufacturing, assembly, and/or press feasibility.
• Knowledge of core tools, control plans, PFMEA, APQP, PPAP, and customer specifics.
• Problem solving, data analysis, GD&T, SPL, CM4d and data collection.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Satisfaction: Cost, Quality, Delivery, Concerns/Conflicts
• Launch Projects: APQP, PPAP
• Establish and Maintain project open concerns matrix.
• Supplier and In-house Coordination and Follow-up.
• Research & Development/ New Technology Assistance.
• Maintain Engineering Specifications.
• Manufacturing Engineering VA/VE - Quality Concerns.
• Adherence to launch methodology processes.
• Intra-organizational contact.
