Job Details:

We are looking for a passionate, detail-oriented, and experienced Quality Assurance Technician to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the high-quality standards of our products by ensuring all operations comply with our stringent quality control procedures. Your day-to-day tasks will involve conducting inspections, documenting results, improving processes, and analyzing data. You will be instrumental in ensuring our products meet the high standards that our customers have come to expect from us.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform routine and non-routine tests and analyses using the appropriate technical equipment and instruments.
2. Receive or collect, as well as process, samples to perform quality control testing.
3. Track defects, test results, or other regularly reported quality control data.
4. Document testing procedures, methodologies, or criteria.
5. Investigate or report questionable test results.
6. Monitor testing procedures to ensure that all tests are performed according to established item specifications, standard test methods, or protocols.
7. Identify quality problems and recommend solutions.
8. Participate in the development of improved quality control methods.
9. Inspect and test materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure adherence to established quality standards.
10. Establish and maintain a process for evaluating precision and accuracy of products, and for identifying, documenting, and disposing of defective items.
11. Present test results to production, engineering, or management personnel, along with recommended actions.
12. Participate in internal and external quality audits.
13. Interpret and implement quality assurance standards and procedures.
14. Assist with the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Quality Assurance role in the Manufacturing industry.
2. Proven experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Inspection, Documentation, Process Improvement, Technical Writing, and Data Analysis.
3. Knowledge of ISO 9001 and Process Validation.
4. High attention to detail and a results-driven approach.
5. Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods.
6. Good knowledge of MS Office and databases.
7. Outstanding communication skills.
8. Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
9. Certification of quality control is a strong advantage (ISO 9001, etc.).
10. BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field is preferred.
11. Strong problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for identifying issues, troubleshooting, and proposing solutions.
12. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a collaborative mindset.
