We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Food Safety Quality Assurance Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and implementing food safety and quality assurance programs to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and the production of safe and high-quality organic food products.

Quality Assurance Management:

Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive quality assurance program to uphold product quality standards.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with internal and external quality and safety regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve quality issues promptly.
Food Safety Compliance:

Monitor and enforce adherence to food safety regulations and standards.
Stay informed about industry trends and changes in food safety regulations to ensure company-wide compliance.
Conduct training sessions for employees on food safety protocols and best practices.
Supplier Quality Management:

Evaluate and audit suppliers to ensure the quality and safety of raw materials and ingredients.
Collaborate with suppliers to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Maintain accurate documentation of supplier quality performance.
Continuous Improvement:

Identify areas for improvement in processes related to food safety and quality assurance.
Implement and monitor corrective and preventive actions to enhance overall quality performance.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.
Minimum of 6 +years of experience in food safety and quality assurance, preferably in the organic food industry.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements, including FDA and USDA regulations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and analytical mindset.
