Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of food safety and quality assurance programs in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities, equipment, and processes to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address areas for improvement in food safety and quality processes.
Provide guidance and training to team members on food safety protocols and best practices.
Monitor and analyze data related to food safety and quality metrics, and report findings to management.
Investigate and respond to customer complaints or concerns related to food safety and quality.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Safety, or a related field.
5 years of experience in food safety and quality assurance, with 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
Knowledge of relevant food safety regulations and industry standards (e.g., FDA, USDA, HACCP).
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data related to food safety and quality metrics.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Certification in Food Safety (e.g., SQF, HACCP, PCQI).
