We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Manager to join our manufacturing team. This is a position that offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the continuous improvement of our manufacturing processes and ensure the highest quality standards are maintained. The successful candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and control, with specific experience in the manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with AS9100 and ISO 9001 standards.
2. Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to ensure that all products meet the required quality standards and regulatory compliance.
3. Lead the development and execution of FAIs (First Article Inspections) and ensure that all processes are properly documented and controlled.
4. Utilize root cause analysis, the 5 why's, and other problem-solving techniques to identify areas of improvement and implement effective preventive actions.
5. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing process to enhance efficiency and quality.
6. Manage the CMM programming and pcdmis to ensure accurate and precise measurements.
7. Oversee the Quality Control and Quality Assurance teams, providing guidance and support as needed.
8. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of the quality system and make recommendations for improvements as necessary.
9. Ensure all employees are trained on quality assurance procedures and standards.
10. Keep up to date with latest manufacturing and quality assurance trends and best practices.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Quality Assurance Manager role within the manufacturing industry.
3. Strong knowledge of AS9100 and ISO 9001 standards.
4. Proven experience with Quality Auditing, Quality Control, and Quality Assurance.
5. Experience with QMS, FAIs, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement methodologies.
6. Proficiency in root cause analysis, the 5 why's, and preventive action.
7. Experience with CMM programming and PCDMIS is a preferred but not.
8. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
9. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
10. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
11. Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement initiatives.
