Responsibilities:

As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will:

1. Oversee the development and implementation of quality management systems in accordance with ISO 9001 and TS16949 standards.
2. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
3. Lead a team of quality assurance professionals, providing training and guidance as necessary.
4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality standards are met throughout the manufacturing process.
5. Develop and implement strategies for continuous quality improvement.
6. Monitor and analyze quality performance data and report findings to senior management.
7. Manage customer complaints and non-conformance processes, implementing corrective actions where necessary.
8. Ensure all legal standards are met and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments and legislation.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality assurance management role within the manufacturing industry.
2. Extensive knowledge of quality management systems and standards, including ISO 9001 and TS16949.
3. Proven experience conducting audits and implementing corrective actions.
4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with all levels of the organization.
7. A Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
8. Professional certifications in Quality Management or Auditing would be considered an asset.
