Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our manufacturing team. This individual will be responsible for managing all aspects of quality assurance and quality control throughout the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing operations, process improvement, and project management, with a proven track record of maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s quality assurance program, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 9000, 14001, and ISO 14001 standards.
• Lead and manage a cross-functional team, ensuring effective collaboration and communication to achieve quality objectives.
• Plan, coordinate, and direct quality control programs designed to ensure continuous production of products consistent with established standards.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements and reduce defects.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify and address quality issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Manage product development, ensuring that quality standards are maintained from design through to production.
• Oversee risk management activities, identifying potential issues and implementing strategies to mitigate risk.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of regulatory compliance requirements and ensure adherence at all times.
• Develop and manage production planning, ensuring that quality considerations are integrated into all aspects of manufacturing operations.
• Provide strategic leadership, setting and communicating clear quality objectives and expectations for the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality assurance management role within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Manufacturing Operations.
• Proven experience with Process Improvement, ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Project Management, and Risk Management.
• Experience in Product Development, Root Cause Analysis, Regulatory Compliance, Leadership, Team Management, Production Planning, Quality Management, and Strategic Planning.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
• Experience with ISO 9000, 140001 Implementation, and ISO 14001.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Strong strategic planning skills, with the ability to anticipate and plan for future needs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively convey complex information.
• Must be detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
