Job Details:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced QC Compliance professional to join our dynamic team in the manufacturing industry. This is a permanent position that offers an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in ensuring the quality and safety of our products. As a QC Compliance professional, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving quality control systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and contributing to the overall operational efficiency of our manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems and procedures in compliance with industry standards.
2. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure all manufacturing processes are up to par with quality standards.
3. Monitor all operations that affect quality and take corrective actions when necessary.
4. Review and approve QC documentation such as SOPs, validation protocols, and qualification reports.
5. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all quality control processes are integrated throughout the manufacturing processes.
6. Assist in the investigation and resolution of customer complaints regarding quality.
7. Provide training and support to the QC team to ensure understanding and implementation of quality control procedures and standards.
8. Prepare and present quality reports to the management team, highlighting any areas of concern and suggesting improvements.
9. Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and best practices in quality control and compliance.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a QC Compliance role in the manufacturing industry.
3. Proficient in QC documentation, including SOPs, validation protocols, and qualification reports.
4. Strong knowledge of quality control standards and regulations in the manufacturing industry.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with all levels of the organization.
7. Proficient in using quality control software and tools.
8. Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) will be an added advantage.
9. Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced, highly professional environment.
10. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, and implement quality control standards and procedures effectively.
