Responsibilities:
As a Consulting QA/Tester - CA Clarity PPM, your responsibilities will include:
1. Developing and executing both automated and manual test plans and test cases to ensure the quality of our software products.
2. Utilizing CA Clarity PPM to manage project and portfolio management.
3. Creating, enhancing, and implementing test scripts to improve testing processes and procedures.
4. Collaborating with the development team to identify, log, track, and resolve defects and issues.
5. Leveraging Selenium for automated testing and ensuring optimal performance of the Modern UX of Clarity PPM and Jasper reports.
6. Participating in all phases of the project lifecycle, including review of business requirements, functional specifications, and technical design documents to understand application functionality.
7. Conducting root cause analysis of identified defects, providing developers with sufficient details to understand, replicate, and resolve issues.
8. Providing regular updates on progress and status of assigned tasks.
Qualifications:
To be considered for the role of Consulting QA/Tester - CA Clarity PPM, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the Engineering industry.
2. Extensive experience with both automated and manual testing.
3. Proven ability to develop and enhance test scripts.
4. Demonstrated experience creating comprehensive test plans and cases.
5. Proficiency with Selenium for automated testing.
6. Familiarity with the Modern UX of Clarity PPM and Jasper reports.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
8. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
9. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
