Property Manager

We are a full-service commercial real estate company in Kansas City that's looking to hire a Property Manager ASAP!

Scope of Responsibilities:

Primary responsibilities include property maintenance, lease enforcement, maintaining positive tenant relations, contract negotiations and administration, budget preparation and implementation. Other duties include space preparation and coordination of move-in of new tenants, regular reporting to Owners on tenant and property status, development, and maintenance of a reliable working list of contractors and vendors needed to perform one-time and ongoing maintenance and/or new construction.

Preferred Qualifications:

• College Degree + 3 years of work experience. Missouri and/or Kansas Real Estate License is highly preferred.
• Yardi experience required.
• Must be well versed in interpreting income statements, budget variance reports and cash flow statements.
