Hybrid schedules offered to employees

We are looking for an energetic, go-getter to join our Property Management team. The ideal individual will come with at least 3+ years of real estate property management experience (ideally in a commercial or industrial setting) and the ability to work onsite at our locations in Long Beach, CA


Key Responsibilities:

• Work with asset management to execute business plans

• Manage vendor contracts and service agreements

• Foster tenant relations through customer service and addressing requests

• Assist construction management with capital projects

• Prepare annual budgets and operating expense calculations

• Manage monthly tenant rent statements and accounts receivable

• Process and approve weekly accounts payable

• Administer leases

• Provide monthly reporting
