Project Superintendent

**MUST HAVE 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent (not a support role) where you've lead projects ranging from $3-20M +each **

• Ground up, commercial and/or industrial experience preferred.
• Must have core strengths and competencies in safety, quality, schedule management, and client satisfaction.
• This role will be expected to work closely with the Project Manager and also have the administrative abilities to help with submittal reviews, writing RFI’s, producing and updating the project schedule, and leading the weekly owner meetings.
• They must be a strong steward of the company’s finances and focused on improving the profit margins on every project.
