Our company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Scheduler to join our growing team in the construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and updating project schedules, ensuring projects are completed within the stipulated timeline and budget.

Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Project Scheduler, you will play a critical role in our project management team with the following responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring all project activities are accurately captured and updated.
2. Collaborate with project teams to understand work scope, identify project milestones, deliverables, and develop a comprehensive project schedule.
3. Monitor and analyze project progress, identify any potential delays, and provide solutions to mitigate any risks.
4. Prepare and present monthly schedule updates to project stakeholders, highlighting any changes to the project timeline and budget.
5. Coordinate with the project team to ensure project schedules align with project goals and objectives.
6. Manage and maintain project budgets, ensuring all costs are accurately forecasted and tracked.
7. Perform schedule risk analysis and provide recommendations to improve project performance.
8. Facilitate project scheduling meetings and provide updates to project teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Permanent Project Scheduler position should possess the following qualifications:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
2. Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Project Scheduler in the construction industry.
3. Proficiency in Primavera P6 is a must.
4. Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, project budgeting, and cost control techniques.
5. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify potential issues and develop effective solutions.
7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
9. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
10. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
