Job Details:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Permanent Project Manager to join our innovative Engineering team. This role involves leading and coordinating a team of engineers to ensure the successful completion of various engineering projects. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the project from inception to completion, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget. This role requires a strong leader with excellent communication skills, who can manage a team and make critical decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage a team of engineers to ensure the successful completion of engineering projects.
2. Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgeting.
3. Use 3D CAD software to create detailed project designs and plans.
4. Monitor project progress regularly and make adjustments as needed to ensure the project stays on schedule and within budget.
5. Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients to keep them informed about project progress and any changes to the project plan.
6. Use problem-solving skills to overcome project obstacles and find solutions to any issues that arise.
7. Ensure all project work is completed to a high standard and meets all relevant industry regulations and standards.
8. Conduct regular team meetings to discuss project progress and address any concerns or issues.
9. Make critical decisions under pressure to ensure the project stays on track.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management within the engineering industry.
3. Proven experience using 3D CAD software.
4. Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
5. Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
6. Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
8. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
9. Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
