Job Details:

We are on the lookout for a dynamic and ambitious Project Manager to join our high-performing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional to showcase their expertise in the construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a diverse range of projects, including commercial, TI, Hospitality, Mixed-Use, and Multifamily. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in construction project management, providing leadership, direction, and oversight during all phases of construction around a fully operational job site.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and supervise construction projects from beginning to end, ensuring that projects are completed within time and budgetary constraints.
2. Prepare and negotiate the terms of all project agreements and ensure all parties understand both the scope and limitations of the contract.
3. Implement comprehensive project plans and schedules, identify project resources and assign project responsibilities.
4. Monitor and track project progress regularly and report to stakeholders on the status of the project.
5. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists.
6. Conduct site checks to monitor progress and quality standards, resolve issues that may arise, and identify and mitigate potential risks.
7. Ensure all legal requirements, building and safety codes, safety inspections, city guidelines, and local and state regulations are met.
8. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, ensuring effective communication and conflict resolution.
9. Conduct post-project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements to improve and streamline future projects.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
2. Minimum of 3+ years of experience in construction project management, specifically within commercial, TI, Hospitality, Mixed-Use, and Multifamily projects.
3. Proven track record of managing all phases of construction projects effectively.
4. Strong knowledge and understanding of construction procedures, material, and project management principles.
5. Excellent knowledge of relevant rules and regulations as well as quality standards and human resources.
6. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
7. Exceptional organization and time-management skills.
8. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
9. Self-motivated and self-directed; able to work with minimal supervision.
10. Proficiency with construction management software and MS Office.
11. Valid certification in Construction Management or relevant field is a plus.
