Our construction company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a wide range of construction projects, including highways and municipal infrastructure. This is a full-time position that offers competitive compensation and benefits packages.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and timelines
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address concerns
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders
• Hire and supervise subcontractors and other project staff
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise
• Ensure quality control and manage risk throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in commercial project management, preferably in the construction industry
• Knowledge of Michigan DOT and MDOT regulations and standards
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D software
• Experience with civil site design and underground utility projects
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Understanding of construction safety regulations and procedures
