Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage all stages of construction projects, from initial planning to completion.
2. Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
3. Review and analyze project specifications to ensure all requirements are met.
4. Utilize surveying and mapping skills to accurately assess project sites and develop detailed project plans.
5. Implement lidar technology for high-resolution mapping and surveying.
6. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
7. Manage communications with clients, architects, and engineers.
8. Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
9. Responsible for plotting and checking drawings
10. Assist with QC and CAD standards for added efficiency.

Qualifications:

1. At least three years of experience as a Project Manager within a similar industry.
2. Proven experience managing DOT projects preferred
3. Proficiency in surveying and mapping.
4. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
5. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
6. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
7. A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
8. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus.
9. Knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices.
10. Ability to work well in a team and maintain positive relationships with clients, architects, and subcontractors.
