We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Project Manager to join our thriving construction company. This is an exciting opportunity to become a part of a dedicated team of professionals who are passionate about building the future. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning to implementation, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
2. Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
3. Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
4. Review the work progress on a daily basis.
5. Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.
6. Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks.
7. Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
8. Manage the budget and estimate costs.
9. Ensure that all legal requirements, building and safety codes, safety inspections, city guidelines, and local and state regulations are met.
10. Perform a key role in project planning, budgeting, and identification of resources needed.
11. Create the teams, develop the objectives/goals of each and assign individual responsibilities.
12. Project accounting functions including managing the budget, tracking team expenses and minimizing exposure and risk in the project.
13. Ensure that construction activities move according to predetermined schedule.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong focus on earthwork, drilling, excavation, and shoring.
3. Proven working experience in construction project management.
4. Thorough knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSH guidelines.
5. Understanding of construction management processes.
6. Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software.
7. Competent in conflict and crisis management.
8. Leadership and human resources management skills.
9. Excellent time and project management skills.
10. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
11. Ability to plan and see the “big picture”.
12. In-depth understanding of the construction industry.
13. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
14. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
