Job Details:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team as we continue to see the SWFL market grow! This role involves overseeing various construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed within the set time frame and budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex construction projects, with a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a deep understanding of the construction process.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee all aspects of the construction project from planning to implementation
2. Develop a detailed project plan to track progress and ensure that the project is delivered on time, within scope, and budget
3. Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities
4. Manage the budget, including tracking all project costs to ensure they remain within the budgetary limits
5. Conduct risk assessments and implement risk management strategies to minimize project risks
6. Lead and manage the project team effectively, promoting a positive and productive work environment
7. Make informed decisions that contribute to the overall success of the project
8. Procure necessary materials and equipment, ensuring they meet project specifications and are delivered on time
9. Implement and maintain safety protocols, ensuring all workers adhere to safety regulations
10. Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and other technical documents accurately

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry
2. Proven experience in budgeting, contract management, scheduling, risk management, team leadership, decision making, procurement, safety management, and blueprint reading
3. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
4. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
5. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and clients
7. Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles
8. Proficient in project management software and other relevant computer applications
