Job Details:

We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role will be pivotal in leading and managing a variety of construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing commercial construction projects and will be adept at coordinating all project activities to ensure that all project goals are met while adhering to approved budgets. This is a permanent position with excellent growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:

As a Project Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

1. Overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion.
2. Reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
3. Coordinating and directing construction workers and subcontractors.
4. Ensuring quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
5. Managing the budget and estimate costs.
6. Ensuring compliance with legal requirements, building and safety codes, and other regulations.
7. Reviewing the work progress on a daily basis.
8. Preparing internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
9. Analyzing, managing, and mitigating risks.
10. Ensuring all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a focus on commercial projects.
2. Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field.
3. Excellent knowledge of construction project management principles and practices.
4. Strong understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles.
5. Proficient in construction project management software.
6. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
7. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
