We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team in the construction industry. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of commercial and residential projects. You will be working closely with the construction team to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
• Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines
• Monitor and manage project progress, including site visits and inspections
• Ensure that all work is completed to the highest quality standards
• Manage project changes and ensure that all stakeholders are informed
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure that materials and equipment are delivered on time
• Ensure that all safety regulations are followed on the job site
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in project management in the construction industry
• Experience with commercial and residential construction projects
• Knowledge of roofing construction is a plus
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of construction safety regulations and procedures
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field is preferred
