Job Details:

Our company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our Engineering team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on groundbreaking projects in the Engineering industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MicroStation, Roadway Design, Project Management, and Budgeting. This role requires a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and being a Licensed Professional Engineer is strongly preferred. With a minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead large-scale projects and work with a team of dedicated professionals.

Responsibilities:

As a Project Manager, you will:

1. Lead and manage complex engineering projects from initiation to completion.
2. Utilize MicroStation for the design and modeling of engineering projects.
3. Oversee the roadway design process, ensuring all designs comply with applicable codes and standards.
4. Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints.
5. Coordinate with various stakeholders including clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project objectives are met.
6. Provide regular project updates to senior management, including progress reports and forecasts.
7. Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
8. Ensure all engineering work adheres to quality standards and safety regulations.
9. Continuously innovate and improve project management processes for increased efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following:

1. Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
2. Licensed Professional Engineer.
3. A minimum of 3+ years of experience in project management within the engineering industry.
4. Proficiency in MicroStation and roadway design.
5. Proven experience in budgeting and financial management of engineering projects.
6. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
7. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
8. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
9. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
10. Proficient in the use of project management software and tools.
