We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team in the construction industry. This is a permanent position that offers excellent opportunities for career growth and advancement. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, budgets, estimating, HVAC, vendors, and scheduling.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is being completed according to specifications and safety standards
• Manage and supervise project team members, providing guidance and support as needed
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring that issues are resolved in a timely and effective manner
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
• 9+ years of experience in project management in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and related equipment
• Experience with estimating, scheduling, and budgeting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project goals
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, including OSHA, EPA, and building codes.
