Job Title: Commercial Construction Project Manager

Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to oversee diverse projects encompassing ground-up construction, renovations, and restorations across various sectors including K-12 education, municipalities, hospitality, healthcare, historic preservation and other commercial construction. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a proven track record in managing complex construction projects, and a deep understanding of the unique requirements of each sector.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Management:

Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets for multiple concurrent construction projects.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project milestones are met within budget and on schedule.
Implement effective project management methodologies to drive efficiency and quality throughout the construction process.
Client Communication and Relationship Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Cultivate strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to facilitate open communication and collaboration.
Anticipate and resolve potential issues or conflicts to maintain positive client relationships and uphold project objectives.
Team Leadership and Coordination:

Lead and motivate project teams, including field staff, subcontractors, and support personnel, to achieve project goals and objectives.
Provide guidance and direction to ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement to enhance project performance and efficiency.
Quality Control and Risk Management:

Implement rigorous quality control measures to uphold construction standards and ensure adherence to project specifications and design intent.
Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive risk assessment, contingency planning, and strategic problem-solving.
Conduct regular site inspections and evaluations to monitor construction progress, identify deficiencies, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Sector-Specific Expertise:

Apply specialized knowledge and experience in ground-up construction, K-12 education, municipalities, hospitality, healthcare, and historic restorations to tailor project strategies and solutions to the unique requirements of each sector.
Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes relevant to commercial construction within various sectors.
Leverage sector-specific expertise to optimize project outcomes, mitigate challenges, and deliver exceptional results.
