Job Details:

One of my top client's is currently seeking a Project Manager to join their team as they are continuing to grow in the SW Florida market! The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing various construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner. You will be working closely with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure that the project is carried out according to plan. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team, where you will have the chance to make a significant impact and contribute to our ongoing success.

This role is open to due growth and many large projects scheduled to break ground in the coming months!

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning and execution of construction projects from inception to completion
• Develop and manage project schedules and budgets, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Lead contract negotiations, manage vendor relationships, and oversee the procurement of materials and equipment
• Implement risk management processes to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks that could impact project delivery
• Ensure quality control measures are in place and adhered to, maintaining the highest standards of workmanship on all projects
• Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or issues that arise

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years' experience
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field - preferred but not required
• Proven experience in scheduling, cost control, budgeting, contract management, risk management, quality control, team leadership, and communication
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions under pressure
• Proficiency in project management software
