Job Details:
We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Project Manager to join our team in the Construction industry. This is a permanent position that offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process, from planning to execution and final delivery. They will work closely with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities:

1. Manage all phases of the project cycle, including project initiation, planning, execution, control, and closure.
2. Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules, and ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget.
3. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.
4. Prepare and present detailed project reports and updates to stakeholders.
5. Perform risk management to minimize project risks and develop contingency plans.
6. Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
7. Coordinate with the on-site team to ensure that construction activities align with the project plan.
8. Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
9. Carry out cost estimation and financial planning to ensure the profitability of projects.
10. Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management in the construction industry.
3. Proven experience in commercial construction.
4. Expertise in project management techniques and methodologies.
5. Proficiency in cost estimation and budget management.
6. Strong leadership and team management skills.
7. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
8. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
9. Proficient in project management software.
10. Knowledge of construction laws and regulations.
11. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
12. PMP certification is a plus.
