Job Details
We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the Construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from conception to completion. This role requires a deep understanding of the construction process, specifically within the multi-family sector and residential occupied rehabilitation. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality.
1. Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects from initial planning to completion.
2. Coordinate and supervise the work of project teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors.
3. Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules, and ensure that they are followed.
4. Control project costs to ensure completion within budget.
5. Ensure that all projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably within the construction or engineering industry.
3. Proven experience managing multi-family construction projects.
4. Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and safety regulations.
