We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Responsibilities:

As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in driving our construction projects to success. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Overseeing all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation.
2. Developing and managing project schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.
3. Establishing and maintaining relationships with General Contractors (GCs) to facilitate smooth project execution.
4. Implementing risk management processes and conducting risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks.
5. Leading and coordinating project teams and ensuring effective communication among team members.
6. Managing project budgets, including cost estimation and control, to ensure projects are completed within budget.
7. Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and quality standards.
8. Providing regular reports on project progress to stakeholders.
9. Resolving any project-related issues or disputes in a timely and effective manner.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in Construction Project Management.
2. Proven experience in GC Relationship Management.
3. Strong knowledge of construction processes, cost estimation, and scheduling.
4. Exceptional leadership abilities with a track record of managing and motivating teams effectively.
5. Excellent risk management skills with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle project-related disputes effectively.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
9. A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
