Job Details

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related discipline or relevant work experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager within the Construction Industry
  • Experience with projects $5M+ projects - tenant fit outs, medical, retail, office, mixed use, datacenters and life science projects
  • Actively participates in all preconstruction services and engineering sessions by reviewing Owner's expectations/criteria, coordinates with design team and owner and reviews design documents
  • Responsible for estimating and running the projects, including writing scopes of work
  • Review and approve bid packages, schedules, and help create site utilization plan.
  • Conducts pre-bid conferences, identifies project staffing requirements, and provides value engineering ideas
  • Manages project financials and maintains continuous knowledge of project budget.
  • Strong computer skills including familiarity with construction project management applications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership skills are required including, but not limited to coaching, mentoring and the ability to build and maintain motivated teams
  • Highly developed project management finance skills are required
