Job Details:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Project Manager to join our growing team in the construction industry. This position offers the opportunity to lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multifamily construction, project management, cost estimation, and budgeting. Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction project management, including planning, coordination, and execution of projects, ensuring that the scope and direction of each project are on schedule and within budget.
• Manage the multifamily construction process, liaising with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to engineering standards and specifications.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and manage budgeting process throughout the project lifecycle.
• Implement comprehensive project plans, including resources, timeframes, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risk, and expedite the resolution of any issues that may arise.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, providing insights on project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Foster a safety-first culture, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in construction project management, ideally within the multifamily sector.
• Proficient in cost estimation and budgeting techniques.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and quality standards.
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
• Proficient in project management software and MS Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and act tactically.
• Professional certification in Project Management (PMP) or equivalent is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel as needed.
