We are a leading construction company seeking a Project Manager with a knack for painting, wall covering, and coatings. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage construction projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with a dedicated team of professionals and clients to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities:

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

1. Overseeing all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation.
2. Allocating resources for assigned projects.
3. Supervising onsite personnel and subcontractors.
4. Interacting with clients to define project requirements, establish project work plan and deadlines.
5. Ensuring quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
6. Managing the budget, track project costs and ensure they are aligning with the set budget.
7. Performing risk management to minimize project risks.
8. Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
9. Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
10. Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
11. Preparing internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
12. Coordinating with third-party inspectors for project inspection as required.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you should have:

1. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a focus on painting, wall covering, and coatings.
2. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture.
3. Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish.
4. Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes, and equipment.
5. Excellent ability to read and understand architectural drawings and specifications.
6. Exceptional leadership, management, and communication skills.
