Responsibilities:

As our Project Manager, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

1. Leading, planning, managing, and delivering construction projects from inception to completion within budget, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
2. Coordinating with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists.
3. Ensuring all projects are delivered in compliance with safety and building regulations.
4. Preparing and presenting project proposals, reports, and findings to the senior management.
5. Overseeing and directing construction procedures and ensuring they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
6. Managing the budget and estimate costs.
7. Negotiating contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.
8. Obtaining permits and licenses from appropriate authorities.
9. Resolving any problems that may arise during construction.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you will need:

1. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
2. Proven experience in project management and the execution of large-scale construction projects.
3. Strong knowledge and experience in both horizontal and vertical construction.
4. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
5. Excellent knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and procedures.
6. Strong leadership and management skills.
7. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
8. Proficiency in project management software tools.
9. A proven track record of managing personnel and material resources.
