We are currently seeking a seasoned Permanent Project Manager to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Project Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific projects from start to finish.
2. Defining the project’s objectives and ensuring that all team members understand and work towards these goals.
3. Managing the project budget, ensuring that all expenses are tracked and justified.
4. Coordinating and managing the project team and subcontractors, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
5. Overseeing the procurement of materials and equipment necessary for project execution.
6. Ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
7. Conducting risk assessments and implementing risk management strategies.
8. Preparing and presenting project updates to stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Permanent Project Manager position will possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of three years of experience in project management within the engineering industry, with a specific focus on concrete, civil, heavy highway, sitework, and excavation.
2. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
3. Strong knowledge and understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
4. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions under pressure.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
7. Proficiency in project management software and other relevant computer applications.
8. A proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish, on time and within budget.
9. PMP certification is a plus.
10. A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to project sites as needed.
