Responsibilities:

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and delivery of construction projects from inception to completion. This includes but is not limited to:

1. Overseeing all aspects of project planning, execution, and closeout.
2. Coordinating with various stakeholders including clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project objectives are met.
3. Developing and maintaining detailed project schedules and budgets.
4. Monitoring project progress, managing risks, and making necessary adjustments to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
5. Ensuring all work is performed in compliance with company standards, contract specifications, and regulatory requirements.
6. Conducting regular project meetings and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
7. Resolving any project-related issues or disputes in a timely and effective manner.
8. Continually improving project management processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
2. A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
3. Proven track record of managing and delivering construction projects on time and within budget.
4. Strong knowledge of construction processes, mechanical systems, and project management principles.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and collaborate with diverse teams.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
7. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
8. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to local project sites as needed.
9. PMP certification is a plus.
