Established Commercial Drywall/Metal Framing Contractors is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Estimator. This is an exciting opportunity to become a part of a strong, quickly growing team of dedicated professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee commercial drywall/carpentry projects
Review bid requests to scope projects and work with architects, general contractors and building owners to provide solutions
Read blue prints and specifications to accurately bid projects
Provide complete, informative and accurate takeoffs of specified materials
Identify opportunities to submit alternative options
Submit bids in advance of bid deadlines
Develop client relationships, bid follow up and job tracking
Manage material procurement and coordinate delivery of materials onsite
Perform other necessary functions as required or assigned
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Proficient in project management software and tools
3 Years Experience in Commercial Drywall/Metal Framing Construction as a Project Manager OR Estimator
Self-motivated attitude and coachable mentality
