Are you an experienced, dynamic and results-oriented professional in the field of Exterior Construction? We are seeking a Permanent Sales / Project Manager with a strong background in residential construction, exterior residential construction, roofing, sales, and residential exterior construction sales. This position is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established team in the construction industry, where you will be responsible for managing exterior construction projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
As a Sales / Project Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
1. Overseeing all stages of project life cycles, from initial sales and contract signing through to project completion and final handover to the client.
2. Managing client relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
3. Developing and implementing project plans, managing project resources, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
4. Conducting site visits to assess the progress of construction projects, ensuring all work is in compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
5. Providing expert advice on exterior residential construction and roofing, using your knowledge to guide clients through the construction process.
6. Preparing and presenting sales proposals and cost estimates to potential clients.
7. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the residential exterior construction market.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Sales / Project Manager role will have the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in residential construction, exterior residential construction, roofing, sales, residential roofing construction, or residential exterior construction sales.
2. Proven track record in managing construction projects from start to finish, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
3. Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
4. Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices related to exterior residential construction and roofing.
5. Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to manage resources, coordinate with subcontractors, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex construction concepts to clients.
7. Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the residential exterior construction market.
