The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project from start to finish. My client specializes in the construction of wood-frame construction projects within the assisted living space. They are actively growing and looking for their next Project Manager to meet or exceed project goals related to the design, construction and quality of the project. The Project Manager will be expected to maintain and adhere to project construction schedules, budgets, cost and quality control measures and safety practices.

Job Details
- 4+ years of experience in multifamily/ senior living (wood frame) construction.
- Oversee the completion of multiple projects from initial permits to final occupancy and with primary responsibility for schedules, budgets and quality.
- Lead and motivate members of the project team and subcontractors and vendors to complete all phases of work on schedule, in budget, with expected quality.
- Manage the RFI, Submittal and Owner Change process to ensure accurate, complete and timely information provided to site team.
- Work directly with local municipalities to ensure permits and inspections are available for the project within scheduled timeframes.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project. Knowledge of Sage and Plangrid preferred.
