We are currently seeking a Project Manager for Multi-Family Construction. This role requires a dynamic individual who can effectively manage multiple projects, lead teams, and ensure that budget and resources are allocated optimally. This position is a key role within our construction firm and has a direct impact on the successful completion of our projects.

Responsibilities:
As a Project Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

1. Overseeing all aspects of multi-family construction projects from initial planning to completion.
2. Leading and managing a team of construction professionals, ensuring all team members are aligned with project objectives and are working optimally.
3. Developing and managing project budgets, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
4. Allocating resources effectively, ensuring that all necessary materials, equipment, and personnel are available when needed.
5. Coordinating with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure project requirements are met.
6. Identifying and managing project risks, implementing risk mitigation strategies when necessary.
7. Ensuring compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
8. Reporting on project progress to stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, budget, and timeline.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for this role will have the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, specifically in multi-family construction.
2. A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
3. Proven experience in managing construction teams and coordinating with various construction professionals.
4. Strong knowledge of construction budgeting and resource allocation.
5. Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
6. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and manage project risks.
7. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate project status to stakeholders.
