Job Details:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Project Manager for Interiors to join our high-performing team. This is an extraordinary opportunity to work on top-tier, local projects and earn top dollar! As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing commercial and corporate interiors, interior build-outs, and renovations. You will also handle interior projects for restaurants, hospitality, and retail sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of interior projects from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
• Review the work progress on a daily basis.
• Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of proven working experience as a project manager in the construction industry.
• Solid understanding and experience in commercial, corporate interiors, interior build-out, interior renovations, restaurant, hospitality, and retail interior projects.
• Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Studio, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or similar.
• Advanced project management and team leadership experience.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• Ability to plan and see the "big picture".
• Competent in conflict and crisis management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
