We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the Construction Industry. This role is focused on the Industrial and Civil sectors. The ideal candidate will bring experience in project management, civil construction, industrial construction, and underground utility installation. A strong understanding of concrete forming and structural construction is important in this position. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation and will use project management software to track progress and ensure that project objectives are met.

Responsibilities:

1. Leading the planning and implementation of industrial and civil construction projects.
2. Managing project workflow, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
3. Utilizing project management software to track project progress and ensure objectives are met.
4. Overseeing underground utility installation, concrete forming, and structural construction.
5. Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals.
6. Ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
7. Resolving any issues or problems that arise during the construction process.
8. Ensuring that all work is completed in accordance with safety regulations and industry standards.
9. Developing comprehensive project plans and communicating them to relevant stakeholders.
10. Reviewing the project schedule with senior management and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities.

Qualifications:

1. Experience in Project Management within the construction industry, with a focus on industrial and civil projects.
2. Proven experience in supervising or managing underground utility installation, concrete forming, and structural construction.
3. Proficient in project management software.
4. Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and OSHA safety protocols.
5. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
6. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
7. Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
8. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
