Job Details:

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager for our HVAC/Plumbing division. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about managing and delivering complex HVAC projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HVAC projects, from planning and design to installation and maintenance, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

As a Project Manager, you will be tasked with the following responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage all aspects of HVAC projects, including but not limited to heating, cooling, air conditioning, piping, chillers, boilers, and plumbing systems.
2. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to design and plan HVAC systems.
3. Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
4. Supervise the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest quality standards.
5. Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
6. Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and other documentation.
7. Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
8. Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure adherence to project specifications and industry standards.
9. Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
10. Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the role, you must have the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 3+ years of experience in managing HVAC projects in the construction industry.
2. Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, air conditioning, piping, chillers, boilers, and plumbing systems.
3. Knowledge HVAC installation and maintenance.
4. Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve project issues effectively.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
7. Proficiency in using project management software and other relevant tools.
8. A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
9. Certifications in HVAC or related fields would be an added advantage.
10. A valid driver's license is required.
