This role will offer you the chance to work on some of the most luxurious residential projects in the region. You will be responsible for overseeing every aspect of these projects, from initial planning to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to our high standards of quality.

Responsibilities:

As our Permanent Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

1. Overseeing all stages of project life cycle management from conception to completion.
2. Coordinating and managing all project activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and contract negotiations.
3. Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.
4. Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists.
5. Resolving any issues or delays that may impact the timely completion of the project.
6. Regularly updating all stakeholders, including clients and senior management, on the project's progress.
7. Conducting risk assessments and implementing risk management strategies.
8. Managing project teams, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
9. Identifying and implementing opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
10. Ensuring client satisfaction by delivering a high-quality end product.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you should possess the following:

1. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, specifically in high-end residential construction.
2. A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
3. Proven track record of managing large-scale, high-end residential construction projects from start to finish.
4. Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
6. Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
7. Proficiency in project management software and other relevant computer applications.
8. Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.
9. Strong financial and budgeting skills.
10. A commitment to safety and quality at all times.
